Welcome to ArtDay, a service provided by Changchun Huayun Danqing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the ArtDay application (the "App"), and how you can access, manage, or delete that information. By using or continuing to use the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Data Collection & Use

1.1 Guest Mode

When using the App as a guest, we only cache essential data locally (e.g., gallery listings, browsing history). No personally identifiable information is collected.

1.2 Registered Users

If you register and log in as a user, we may collect:

Phone Number: for account verification and SMS notifications.
Sign in with Apple Authorization: for subscription management and syncing your saved artworks.

If you choose not to provide this information, you may be unable to use membership or sync features.

1.3 Usage Data

We anonymously collect usage metrics (e.g., browsing, collections, downloads, shares) to improve the App’s functionality and user experience. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

1.4 Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal identity information with unrelated third parties. For advertising or operational purposes, we may share aggregated, de-identified data with partners to evaluate and optimize performance. We will only share identifiable data if you give explicit consent.

2. Data Retention & Deletion

2.1 Retention Period

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

2.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account within the App by navigating to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. Upon confirmation, the deletion takes immediate effect, and we promptly remove or anonymize all associated data. If any information must be retained due to legal, tax, compliance, or security requirements, we will inform you accordingly.

3. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS/HTTPS encryption for data in transit and encrypted storage on our servers, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. In the event of a security incident, we will respond promptly and notify affected users.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Each update will be posted with a new "Last Updated" and "Effective Date", and we will notify you via the App or other announcements. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
