Sign-In Method: The App currently supports only Sign in with Apple. You must use a valid Apple ID to register and sign in.
Accuracy of Information: You agree that the phone number, email, and other details you provide are true, accurate, and up to date. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.
2. Membership Subscription & Payment
Benefits: As a member, you gain unlimited access to browse and download all public domain artworks, advanced art search, and curated collections.
Subscription Plans: Monthly and annual plans are available. Payment is processed and auto-renewed via your Apple ID.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel renewal, turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple Account settings.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees after your current period ends. New pricing applies only to the next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
Usage Restrictions: Membership is for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared. We may suspend or terminate service for unauthorized usage without refund.
3. Content & Liability
Public Domain Works: All artworks in the App are sourced from the public domain with no copyright restrictions. Please observe local public domain laws when using downloaded content elsewhere.
Artwork Information: Descriptions and metadata are curated by our editorial team. If you spot errors, please contact us for corrections.
Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to external sites or services, for which we bear no responsibility regarding content or legality.
Disclaimer: We are not liable for any service disruptions or damages caused by network failures, device incompatibility, or third-party actions. Any disputes arising from improper use or redistribution of content are your sole responsibility.
Infringement Claims: If you believe any content infringes your rights, email us at lucky[email protected] with evidence, and we will address your request promptly.
4. Additional Terms
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or cyber attacks. We will restore service as soon as practicable.
Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will have a new effective date and be announced in the App. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
